Training Enablement Engineer

Overview

Training Enablement Engineer in the Data & Analytics team, partnering with business leaders to execute an analytics agenda.

What you'll do

• Work with business leadership to execute the analytics agenda.
• Identify and incubate external partners for strategic analytics delivery.
• Develop custom models/algorithms to find signals, patterns, and trends.
• Execute the business analytics program using a methodical approach for stakeholders.
• Advocate for building citizen data scientist competency across the company.
• Partner with the Self-Service Analytics Lead and internal teams and agency partners on self-service analytics strategy.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
• 3-5 years general data & analytics experience in large multinational companies.
• Experience deploying new analytical approaches in a complex, highly matrixed organization.
• Savvy use of analytics techniques to create business impacts.
• Technical experience aligned to best-in-class analytics practices.
• Using data analysis to make recommendations to senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Understanding of or experience working in a multi-cloud environment.
• Training experience.
• Knowledge of best practices for data visualization software.
• Understanding of cloud environments such as Google, Microsoft, or Amazon.
