Overview

Transaction Advisory Services Associate role supporting Seniors, Managers, and Partners with financial due diligence engagements and analytical work for middle-market companies.

What you'll do

• Assist Seniors, Managers, and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies.
• Perform analytical reviews of engagement data.
• Prepare findings based on analyzed data.
• Create draft reports for management review.
• Research issues that arise during the engagement.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting or Business or be a certified Chartered Accountant (ACA).
• Have at least 1 year of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Assurance, or a related field.
• Work effectively as both a team member and independently.
• Demonstrate creative problem solving, critical thinking, and research skills.
• Show strong organization and project management skills.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
