Overview

Lead consulting workstreams for digital transformation and Adobe Experience Cloud/AEM-focused customer initiatives, driving strategic conversations and measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead consulting workstreams and independently drive customer conversations.
• Run discovery workshops, customer journey mapping, and digital transformation engagements.
• Conduct research, analysis, and business assessments to define objectives, KPIs, use cases, and priorities.
• Define capability roadmaps, operating models, value realization frameworks, and digital experience strategies.
• Translate business challenges and requirements into scalable transformation recommendations and solution use cases.
• Deliver single and multi-solution engagements across Adobe Experience Cloud & Digital ecosystem geographies.
• Drive AI-enabled consulting methodologies and identify AI opportunities for personalization and optimization.

What you'll need

• 8–9 years of experience in digital strategy, customer experience consulting, marketing technology, analytics, or transformation programs.
• Experience leading consulting workstreams in consulting firms, digital agencies, or enterprise transformation organizations.
• Strong expertise in at least two Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including AEP, AEM, and others listed in the role.
• Knowledge of enterprise MarTech ecosystems and integration strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive presentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).

• Night shift schedule: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST (mandatory).
