US Customer Service Representative

Overview

US Customer Service Representative providing voice-based customer support to US-based customers for logistics and shipping issues.

What you'll do

• Deliver professional inbound and outbound voice support to US customers.
• Assist with logistics, shipping, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions aligned with UPS logistics services and policies.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM (SF) with accurate records.
• Stay current on UPS Logistics services, procedures, tools, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.

What you'll need

• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Prior US customer service experience handling US customers is required/expected.
• Ability to resolve problems with attention to detail and maintain ownership until resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Ability to work shifts including evenings, graveyard shift, and weekends as per US time zones.
• Graduate in any stream.
