Valuations - Pricing Specialist, Associate 2

Overview

Associate 2 Valuations/Pricing Specialist role supporting portfolio pricing and control checks for asset manager and pension fund clients.

What you'll do

• Prepare and deliver valuation reports to internal and external clients in a timely manner.
• Run control reports for Missing, Variance, and Stale items and resolve exceptions per client instructions.
• Apply prices for missing-price securities and validate variance/stale using alternate vendor data.
• Research corporate action securities and perform portfolio-level pricing.
• Generate and publish client-specific reports across daily, weekly, and monthly control checks.
• Ensure pricing feeds and broker quotes are received daily and resolve pricing issues outside tolerance levels.

What you'll need

• 2–3 years of experience in financial markets is required.
• 2+ years of experience in securities pricing, fund accounting, or custody operations/securities administration is required.
• Knowledge of capital markets and complex securities is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite is required.
• Fair understanding of market data vendors such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and IDC is required.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and database applications such as Excel and Access is required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills are required.
