Virtual Assistant

Overview

Provide remote virtual assistance for home inspection companies by handling customer communications, answering questions, quoting prices, and booking appointments.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming calls, texts, and emails.
• Answer client questions and provide price quotes.
• Explain inspection services and encourage customers to book.
• Schedule home inspection appointments in booking software.
• Collect and enter appointment and client details.
• Manage office correspondence through email, text, and voicemail.
• Support a positive customer experience across multiple channels.

What you'll need

• 4 years of customer service experience.
• 2 years of executive assistant or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of remote work experience.
• Strong English speaking, communication, and language skills.
• Accurate data entry and ability to use websites and standard software.
• Ability to multitask across systems, customer scenarios, and communication channels.
• Detail orientation, good judgment, and ability to follow standard procedures.

Details

• Remote role based in India.
• Training shift: 7:00 PM–3:00 AM IST for the first two months.
• Regular shift: 9:30 PM–5:30 AM IST after training.
• Annual pay range: INR 1,068,800–1,496,300.
• Minimum workspace internet speed: 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
