VOTF Feedback and Reporting Analyst, Client Segments, Analyst, Wealth Management

Overview

VOTF Feedback and Reporting Analyst supporting the Field Service Field Feedback & Engagement Management team within Wealth Management.

What you'll do

• Oversee and review feedback assignment and alignment to corresponding business areas.
• Escalate feedback when required, including aged feedback responses and sensitive issues.
• Manage the feedback lifecycle, including coordination across Wealth Management business areas.
• Support data analysis for tracking, trends, opportunities, and metrics reporting.
• Maintain queue lists, knowledge base articles, and process/procedure documentation.
• Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings and support ad-hoc Field Service initiatives.

What you'll need

• 6 months to 2 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and build relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with prioritization ability.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• BA or BS preferred (but not required).
