Workday PSA (Lead to Cash) Specialist

Overview

Workday PSA (Lead to Cash) Specialist responsible for supporting Workday PSA and Contract-to-Cash processes, including configurations, integrations, and reconciliation.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on support for Workday PSA across customer contracts, projects, billing, and project financials.
• Support end-to-end Contract-to-Cash processes within Workday.
• Ensure PSA configurations align with finance, revenue, and operational requirements.
• Perform root-cause analysis for integration failures and data discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot integration issues involving customer and contract data.
• Support reconciliation between Workday and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Assess and evaluate Workday Lead to Cash and Projects/Billing functional impacts after new releases, and recommend changes.

What you'll need

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday PSA (projects, contracts, billing).
• Proven integration troubleshooting experience (Salesforce ↔ Workday) from a functional perspective.
• Solid understanding of project-based billing models and Contract-to-Cash processes.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills for both technical and end users.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
