Workday Recruiting - Senior Associate

Overview

As a Workday Recruiting Senior Associate at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support client needs through Workday human capital consulting, helping clients optimize recruiting processes, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for smooth adoption of Workday HCM applications.

What you'll do

• Analyze client recruiting needs and translate requirements into Workday Recruiting configuration and process recommendations
• Support implementation workstreams for Workday Human Capital solutions, including recruiting process setup, testing, and issue resolution
• Configure recruiting business processes, job requisitions, candidate stages, and related security roles within Workday
• Interpret client feedback and data to identify process gaps and recommend improvements to talent acquisition workflows
• Develop client-ready deliverables, walkthroughs, and training materials that support system adoption and day-to-day use
• Coordinate defect tracking, status updates, and task follow-up across project workstreams to maintain momentum on assigned deliverables
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to clarify functional requirements and support decisions during design and deployment activities
• Review assigned work for accuracy and consistency with firm methodology, project scope, and Workday leading practices
• Mentor junior team members on task execution, documentation, and issue triage within recruiting-related project activities

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• At least one Workday certification aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
• Demonstrated Workday Recruiting configuration and deployment experience
• Application of Workday HCM knowledge across client support workstreams
• Interpreting recruiting data to inform recommendations and actions
• Navigating ambiguity while managing client priorities and deliverables
