Analyst - Accounts Receivable

Overview

Analyst role in Accounts Receivable at Flex in Coimbatore, responsible for invoicing, customer collections, dispute resolution and AR reporting.

What you'll do

• Ensure timely generation and submission of invoices for shipments and services.
• Initiate early identification and resolution of customer disputes, including resending missing invoices.
• Contact customers by email and phone to confirm receipt of shipments and invoices, upcoming payment dates and invoices to be paid.
• Initiate and attend calls with customers, program managers and site finance as required.
• Facilitate timely accounting of funds credited to the Flex bank account.
• Generate and update weekly AR reports and prepare AR/GL reconciliations.
• Support Corporate Treasury with accurate cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure completion of month-end accounting activities per the corporate calendar.
• Achieve weekly targets on key process indicators set for the business.
• Support audit requirements for the assigned function.
• Lead the collections team and work with the business to address collections and overdue bills.
• Engage with management and the business to address payment delays and actions.
• Support transition and integration of customers from different sites.
• Help deliver collection training for the team.

What you'll need

• B.Com, B.C.S, M.Com, MBA, BBA, BBM, or any other commerce and accounts stream degree.
• 0-1 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of finance and accounting concepts.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and support month-end per business needs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
