Overview
Lead and manage APAC Networks engineering teams for solutions delivery and regional operations leadership, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and high-quality outcomes. Act as an expert advisor and principal contact for key stakeholders across APAC countries.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage large APAC Networks teams across Solutions, Engineering, Change, Run, Automation/SRE, and vendor relations.
- Oversee delivery timelines, team allocation, risk management, and task prioritization to meet scope, time, and budget.
- Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide actionable feedback for professional growth.
- Enforce technology standards, facilitate peer reviews, and implement robust testing practices.
- Collaborate with country CIOs and global networks leadership to manage risk/controls and drive transformation and tech debt remediation.
- Provide regional operations leadership during APAC hours and manage stakeholders across APAC countries.
What you'll need
- Proven multi-year track record as a technology leader in the networks domain.
- Excellent understanding of networks technologies and ability to manage network operations for financial services.
- Experience with risk and controls, audits, regulatory interactions, product management, and vendor relations.
- Leadership in quarterly planning cycles and assigning objectives to product teams.
- Proven detailed experience designing large-scale network solutions in large financial institutions.
- Proven ability to coach and develop others and effectively communicate complex solutions.
- Thorough technical knowledge of TCP/IP, VLSM, and IP address allocation.
