Application Sales Engineer

Overview

Application Sales Engineer providing technical expertise, solution development, and business-level consultation for assigned sales opportunities across the Americas.

What you'll do

• Define AI, workflow, and application plays/blueprints for the sales engineering team.
• Serve as an escalation point to build and demonstrate Workflow Studio, Mitel CX, and next-generation AI solutions.
• Identify gaps for customers and partners and deliver proposed workflows and AI solutions.
• Provide architectural oversight and solution reviews to customers, partners, and field teams.
• Drive improvements in products and services through cross-organization collaboration.
• Maintain technical knowledge on relevant software releases and how they interact with partner platforms.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or experience in lieu of degree.
• Prior work experience in sales engineering.
• Mitel product experience or applicable experience in competitor Unified Communications/Contact Center offerings.
• Knowledge of AI, workflow, CX, and API connection.
• Ability to support solutions planning for multiple vertical markets.
• Formal understanding of IT markets including LAN, WAN, Security, Cloud, and Virtualization.
