• Investigate and resolve problems across components of critical business systems.
• Provide solutions for immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business needs.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with and mentor junior team members to share knowledge and skills.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Communication skills to document and convey technical information.
