Associate Advanced, Securities Operations(Dealer Services / Main Office Services (MOS)

Overview

Associate Advanced role in Securities Operations within Transfer Agency (Dealer Services / Main Office Services). You will independently resolve moderate to complex operational issues and support day-to-day operational oversight, service delivery, and account maintenance.

What you'll do

• Independently research and resolve complex, non-routine, and escalated operational issues as a subject matter expert.
• Support day-to-day operational oversight and execution of operational priorities for the direct leader.
• Perform moderate to complex assignments by following defined procedures and applying judgment.
• Allocate work, monitor work baskets, and ensure tasks complete within defined SLAs.
• Monitor workflows for process gaps, processing errors, and potential SLA or data privacy incidents; escalate concerns.
• Handle client and internal inquiries via email and phone, including account maintenance and payment investigations.

What you'll need

• 5 to 6 years of experience from a Mutual Fund / Financial Services background.
• Mandatory strong knowledge of Transfer Agency operations.
• Hands-on experience across transaction processing, record keeping, and shareholder servicing.
• Excellent knowledge of Customer Services.
• Working knowledge of Dealer Services / MOS is an added advantage.

• Night shifts: ready to work in night shifts (5 days in a week) and rotational shifts.
