Associate Site Reliability Engineer

Overview

Associate Site Reliability Engineer focused on SRE and ITIL-aligned operations, supporting testing automation, troubleshooting, and DevOps/SRE practices.

What you'll do

• Apply knowledge of SRE and ITIL processes in day-to-day engineering work.
• Contribute to automation efforts and advance DevOps discipline across the enterprise.
• Work on manual support evaluation and recommend DevOps tooling and automation when possible.
• Troubleshoot and resolve test case and job failures within SLA.
• Perform quality checks and update automation scripts.
• Design basic testing suites for TDD and BDD and set up test plans, conditions, and cases.

What you'll need

• 2 to 4 years of testing and SRE experience.
• Experience with testing automation and ITIL processes, plus some cloud experience.
• Be available to work in shifts and provide oncall support during weekends.
• Experience in application and infrastructure support on cloud.
• Basic knowledge of server patching cycles.
• Strong scripting skills in at least one language (PowerShell, Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby).
• Knowledge of Selenium, MS Test, and API testing tools for integration testing.
