Branch Operations Analyst – NCT

Overview

Branch Operations Analyst for NCT Trade Settlement and Confirmation Operation (TSCO) in Mumbai. The role supports accurate trade settlement, reconciliation, and reporting within regulatory timelines.

What you'll do

• Manage and reconcile trade reporting and settlements, escalating issues for oversight.
• Process and verify FX-corporate trades.
• Monitor and report trade settlement obligations according to regulatory and internal cut-offs.
• Report FX-corporate trades to CCIL (CCP).
• Prepare regulatory returns in the prescribed format.
• Repair payment messages from the Core Banking System (CBS) in the IDMS EFT queue.
• Handle internal and audit queries as delegated.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in FX-corporate operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university.
• Proficiency in Microsoft MS Office.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and relevant regional teams.
• Problem-solving skills for resolving conflicting situations.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while applying critical judgment.
