Brand strategist

Overview

Brand strategist responsible for developing brand strategy, voice, messaging, and identity systems, and aligning them across teams.

What you'll do

• Define brand positioning, mission, vision, and core values.
• Identify target audience segments and craft brand narratives.
• Create brand voice guidelines and messaging hierarchies.
• Build visual and verbal identity systems and scalable brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, product, and leadership to ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines and audit usage across channels.
• Translate strategy into actionable creative direction.

What you'll need

• 4+ years in brand strategy, branding, or communications roles.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
• Proven experience building brand voice and identity systems.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into structured frameworks.
• Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong writing and storytelling ability with high attention to detail and consistency.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B, SaaS, or technology brands.
• Exposure to UX writing or product messaging.
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite).
• Experience in rebranding or brand transformation projects.
