Content Creation Lead

Overview

Lead end-to-end content projects for a Unilever brand, owning delivery from brief through post-launch analysis and serving as the primary point of accountability between Oliver and Unilever stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Own Unilever content projects end-to-end, including intake, scope, planning, creative direction, production, approvals, and post-launch analysis.
• Lead client-facing interactions as the primary Oliver contact embedded at Unilever, managing expectations and running creative reviews.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and creative expertise to the onsite Unilever creative team, including mentorship and performance management.
• Ensure content aligns to Unilever brand guidelines, tone of voice, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Unilever marketing, media, e-commerce, legal, and insights teams plus Oliver producers and partners.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, briefs, shoot planning, agency vendors, and post-production to deliver on time and on budget.
• Implement review gates, asset tracking, and approval workflows that satisfy agency standards and Unilever governance.

What you'll need

• 5+ years content/creative experience in an agency environment.
• 2+ years in a client-facing lead role.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects for large enterprise/FMCG clients.
• Experience working embedded/onsite at a client location and navigating enterprise governance.
• Strong creative direction across short-form and long-form video, social, digital, ecommerce, and email.
• Production experience including briefing, managing shoots, post-production workflows, and vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with CMS, Adobe/Premiere/PXD tools, content calendars, Asana/Notion, and analytics platforms.
