Business Analyst - Associate - Online-GUT

Overview

Associate Business Analyst supporting business decisions through data analysis, MIS reporting, dashboards, and forecasting for Paytm Payments Services’ online payment gateway business.

What you'll do

• Analyze business data to identify trends, insights, and performance gaps.
• Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Develop forecasts and projections to support business planning.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and improve reporting and analytics processes.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Excel, reporting, presentation, or data analytics.
• Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau and SQL.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, KPIs, and business analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
