Business Architect

Overview

Business Architect role focused on assessing current organizational state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. You translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models, and support transformation through business cases and implementation guidance.

What you'll do

• Assess current organizational state to identify opportunities for measurable business value.
• Capture high-level requirements from stakeholders and define business solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Translate complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
• Develop business cases and guide implementation of key initiatives to support transformation.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Drive adoption of best practices and mentor junior team members.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Ability to develop and articulate business cases for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to guide and support transformation initiatives using structured methodologies and frameworks.
