We are hiring a Business Development Associate for a Full-time role with OnSite working flexibility. In this position, you’ll drive new business opportunities by building strong relationships with potential customers, responding to leads, and supporting sales activities through effective outreach—primarily through telecalling and persuasive communication. You’ll play a key role in helping our team grow business by identifying prospects, understanding their needs, and coordinating next steps with internal stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct telecalling and follow-ups to connect with prospective clients and generate qualified leads.
• Understand customer requirements and communicate service offerings in a clear, engaging manner.
• Support the sales cycle by maintaining lead trackers, updating CRM details, and ensuring timely responses.
• Build and maintain interpersonal relationships with new and existing leads to improve conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule meetings/demos and share customer feedback accurately.
• Achieve individual and team targets through disciplined outreach and consistent follow-up.
• Represent the organization professionally by demonstrating strong communication and service orientation.

• Experience or comfort with Telecalling and high-volume customer outreach.
