About the Job

We are hiring a Business Development Executive for a Full-time role with OnSite work flexibility. In this position, you will help grow business opportunities by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to follow-up. You’ll represent our recruitment and IT services with a consultative approach, ensuring that prospects understand how our solutions can address their hiring and technology needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through onsite networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline by tracking activities, follow-ups, and outcomes in the designated system.
• Understand client requirements and communicate fit clearly across recruitment, staffing, and IT solutions.
• Support end-to-end business development activities, including scheduling meetings and assisting in proposal discussions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination from discovery to conversion.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with decision-makers through professional communication and timely updates.
• Contribute to achieving monthly/quarterly targets by driving measurable progress in lead-to-meeting conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to present value propositions clearly and confidently.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of sales processes such as lead qualification, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to learn client needs and respond appropriately.
• Ability to work OnSite, manage daily outreach activities, and stay organized.
