Business Development Representative

Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you drive bookings for sales conversations and generate recurring revenue growth by acquiring, qualifying, and developing the sales pipeline.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute lead distribution and qualification strategies.
• Analyze lead data to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales teams to understand requirements and optimize handoff processes.
• Manage and prioritize a high volume of incoming leads.
• Perform initial qualification for promising leads.
• Run outbound activities against prioritized lists to create qualified opportunities.
• Provide data-driven insights to support sales strategy and resource allocation.

What you'll need

• Have A-Levels (or equivalent education).
• Bring B2B sales experience or experience in Financial Operations.
• Demonstrate high energy and a “can-do” attitude.
• Use analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
• Plan and track daily activities, goals, and results, documenting all activities in Salesforce.
• Be fluent in German and English.
• Communicate effectively in written and spoken form.

Details

• Location: Germany (Remote).
• Salary range in Germany: EUR 58,000.00 to EUR 73,000.00 annually (includes commission target for sales roles).
