Associate role in Wealth Management Capital Markets focused on municipal fixed income content for Financial Advisors.

What you'll do

• Curate and distribute municipal bond ideas to the field via email and BlastIM.
• Analyze event-driven “special situations” within municipal credit for advisor context and guidance.
• Collaborate with sales and content specialists to identify, refine, and scale high-conviction ideas through roundtables.
• Use Research and Strategy to support positioning and portfolio construction.
• Use Artificial Intelligence to scale content creation and distribution.
• Adhere to and help ensure compliance with MSWM FI policy and procedures for risk governance.

What you'll need

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Fixed Income Sales & Trading.
• Fundamental understanding of global Fixed Income markets.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to identify investment opportunities and analyze client portfolios.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AI knowledge, with a preference for machine learning experience.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives with autonomy.
