Capital Markets Operations Analyst

Overview

Capital Markets Operations Analyst role in trade processing and settlements, covering trade finance, pre-matching, reconciliations and related capital markets operations for Accenture clients.

What you'll do

• Create Client Investment Review and Portfolio View.
• Manage compliance documents.
• Review newly opened application forms.
• Perform trade support, collateral management and corporate actions processes.
• Review written materials for accuracy and provide inputs.
• Coordinate with onshore team or stakeholders.
• Stay apprised of capital market updates through reading, research and training.
• Evaluate capital market and banking product requirements.
• Verify that business process controls are effective, mitigate risks, and suggest changes to control descriptions as needed.
• Analyze gaps in control and take analytically sound decisions on controls.
• Interact with internal stakeholders to explain and present the process.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.

What you'll need

• Any graduation.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in pre-matching, inventory management, trade settlement or trade exception management, reconciliations.
• Trade settlements knowledge and pre-matching functional expertise.
• Subject matter expert.
• Knowledge of regulations such as FINRA, OFAC regulations, CASS, CSDR, FEMA, Buy IN.
• Ability to understand complex documentation and legal language.
• Advanced proficiency in English to create documentation.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to review all written materials.
• Self-starter, motivated and highly energized.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of banking products such as Equities, Fixed Income, Structured Products, Funds, FED securities, etc. is an advantage.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru.
• Willing to work night shifts (between 4pm IST and 4am IST) and 100% return to office.
• Willing to work on Indian holidays.
• May require rotational shifts.
• Individual contributor within a team with a focused scope of work.
