Customer Enrollment Specialist

Overview

Customer Enrollment Specialist supports customer compliance onboarding by managing the end-to-end Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) state-specific process.

What you'll do

• Manage dozens of simultaneous MVR projects, tracking status, deadlines, and next steps.
• Prepare, submit, and track state paperwork to initiate and maintain MVR access.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for an external vendor partner, coordinating requests and resolving issues.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal Implementation Consultants to provide status updates and resolve open items.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across active projects.
• Identify and escalate roadblocks that could delay completion and drive them to resolution.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in project management, compliance operations, or a similar customer-facing, process-driven role.
• Ability to manage high volumes of concurrent projects while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills for paperwork-heavy, process-driven workflows.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors or partners to drive tasks to completion.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
