Customer Experience Executive (6 months Contract )

Overview

Customer Experience Executive role assisting shareholders with buy/sell share queries and customer support via calls and emails within service standards.

What you'll do

• Assist shareholders by answering inbound calls and emails with their queries.
• Help shareholders buy or sell shares by responding to inbound calls within service standards.
• Refer basic queries to senior colleagues when appropriate.
• Contribute to completion of the team’s workload.
• Improve own skills and identify areas to improve processes and service.
• Ensure work complies with procedures, standards, reporting, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Complete work within security arrangements and quality system.

What you'll need

• Excellent communication skills, including strong phone/verbal communication and active listening.
• Graduation/Degree in any field.
• Ability to work in UK shifts.
• Proven experience in a customer support role.
• Ability to meet targets for accuracy, quality, volume, and agreed service levels.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Basic understanding of data protection principles and knowledge in AML.
