Customer Service Associate - Voice

Overview

Customer Service Associate (Voice) working within Accenture’s Healthcare Claims team for administration and core processing of health claims.

What you'll do

• Administer health claims as part of the Healthcare Claims team.
• Handle core claim processing including registering, editing, verification, evaluation, and examination.
• Support administration of hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices, and other healthcare facilities.
• Perform daily operations and department activities related to healthcare management.
• Support activities including budgeting and rating, research and education, and maintaining policies and procedures.
• Contribute to quality assurance, patient services, and public relations activities.

What you'll need

• Have 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Hold any Graduation.
• Primary skill: Healthcare Management (P1).
• Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
• Work with interactions primarily within your own team and direct supervisor.
• Be able to make decisions that impact your own work.
