Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Bilingual)

Overview

Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Bilingual) supporting English- and Mandarin-speaking customers. The role is fully remote and requires communication, scheduling, invoicing, and CRM record handling.

What you'll do

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, messages, and CRM records.
• Prepare and review estimates, product details, pricing, and glass/order information.
• Send invoices, collect deposits, and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate approvals and support scheduling.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of proven customer service representative experience (B2C or B2B).
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills (at least B2 level) in written and verbal forms.
• Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Experience using desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
• Working knowledge of word-processing tools and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
