Customer Value Architect

Overview

Customer Value Architect focused on connecting a defined customer account portfolio’s Mixpanel investment to measurable outcomes.

What you'll do

• Own a value/adoption plan for accounts by linking customer business problems to outcomes they measure.
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders to align Mixpanel capabilities to customer priorities.
• Partner with Account Executive and renewal counterparts on expansion and renewal execution.
• Monitor usage and health signals, run business reviews, and surface what’s working and risks early.
• Lead enablement/best-practices sessions covering dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling.
• Triage product questions and route issues to the right team when needed.
• Develop a point of view on a customer’s AI maturity and support it using Mixpanel’s AI surface.

What you'll need

• 2–4 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a related field supporting B2B SaaS accounts.
• Experience building relationships across business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts (e.g., data models, product metrics) for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience connecting product usage to customer outcomes and ROI.
• Comfort supporting adoption plans tied to larger customer goals.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling beyond casual use (e.g., MCP-based workflows or LLM copilots).

• Location: San Francisco, US (Remote).
• Compensation: $93,500–$126,500 USD (TTCC), for new-hire salaries across US locations.
