Director, Global HR Consultant Lead, JBS

Overview

Director, Global HR Consultant Lead who manages and leads a pool of HR Consultants, owning day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of how the team operates.

What you'll do

• Directly manage HR Consultants, including performance, development, engagement, and annual-cycle performance reviews.
• Triage and assign incoming HR work requests, managing capacity, workload visibility, and sprint cadence.
• Partner with HRBPs and COEs on HR program creation and execution across cyclical employee lifecycle programs.
• Handle escalations for complex ER cases and policy ambiguity, determining when to involve HRBP or specialist teams.
• Support organization design changes, including redundancy conversations and execution support.
• Administer annual compensation cycle and manage cyclical promotion cycles within defined guidelines.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of progressive relative HR experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.
• Direct people management experience coaching and developing HR professionals.
• Operational HR background across annual business program rhythms (performance, compensation, talent review, ER).
• Experience improving processes/ways of working in a Global Shared services or BPO environment.
• Experience managing a global team and familiarity with labor landscape across India, Philippines, China, Poland, and Costa Rica.
• Significant experience leading large-scale global and transformational programs, including change management.
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
