Overview

Enterprise Account Executive (India - Bengaluru) to drive MinIO’s enterprise growth by prospecting, closing complex deals, and positioning MinIO’s data/storage capabilities against legacy vendors.

What you'll do

• Actively prospect enterprise opportunities and close high-value deals.
• Conduct technical & vision selling for data infrastructure, AI/ML, and HPC.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, focused on $250K+ deals.
• Compete against legacy storage solutions by demonstrating cloud-native, S3-compatible object storage advantages.
• Educate prospects on AI infrastructure optimization and data architecture modernization.
• Build ROI models and business cases with quantified benefits and risk mitigation.
• Forecast pipeline, maintain account strategies, and support predictable revenue growth.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with $1.5M+ quota attainment.
• Average deal sizes of $250K+.
• Strong knowledge of storage, data infrastructure, data lakehouse, AI/ML, and HPC environments.
• Experience building co-selling strategies with channel and alliance partners.
• Ability to lead transformation/challenger selling by shaping buyer thinking.
• Deep relationships within the territory with decision makers and influencers.
• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
