Enterprise Performance Analytics Engineer

Overview

Enterprise Performance Analytics Engineer supporting development and maintenance of analytics infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, data marts, and analytics components.
• Transform data into well-documented, tested, and trusted datasets for reporting.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to implement models for dashboards and KPIs.
• Monitor data pipeline performance and proactively resolve data quality issues.
• Document data model definitions and data lineage.
• Provide ad hoc and regular analytics and reporting for business goals and initiatives.
• Interface with strategic customers and support the operations team as needed.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of experience in a data-related role.
• Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Exposure to modern data stack tools.
• Understanding of version control systems.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipeline concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

• Work mode: 100% remote office environment.
• Travel: less than 10% travel requirements.
• Employment pay range: $80,000-$110,000 USD per year for full-time team members.
