Overview
Field Application Engineer for Allegro’s Indian Sales team in Bengaluru, providing local technical support to South region customers.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support to existing customers and distributors.
- Collaborate with FAEs, marketing, and product application teams to identify and communicate new technical requirements from customer feedback.
- Provide technical product training to the sales organization and franchised distribution network.
- Support design-in and technical closure activities with product and system engineering teams.
- Assist customers and distributor partners in developing electronic systems.
- Develop technical and commercial solutions, manage potential problem areas, and maintain customer relationships.
- Assist in responses to RFQs and share customer feedback with Strategic Marketing and System Engineering.
What you'll need
- Degree in Electronics Engineering.
- 5+ years of working experience in Electronic/Automotive Industries.
- Experience as FAE in the semiconductor industry is mentioned as an advantage.
- Good communication skills for high-impact technical presentations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimum instructions.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Frequent local and international travel.
