Field Application Scientist - EMEA (m/f/d)

Overview

Field Application Scientist for Cytiva (EMEA) providing technical expertise to sales during the sales process and working directly with customers.

What you'll do

• Provide pre-sales technical support to promote Cytiva Nano Medicine products.
• Evaluate customer processes to identify solutions, tools, and support for sales.
• Attend trade shows and conferences with high-level technical expertise.
• Conduct on-site and in-house customer training courses and applications seminars.
• Deliver product demonstrations and provide phone/email/in-person technical application support, including troubleshooting.
• Coordinate communication of strategic and competitive customer feedback to Marketing and Product Development.
• Set quarterly territory priorities and contribute to key account plans.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree in genomic medicines and nanomedicine.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Background with nanoparticle formulation, drug delivery, or cell biology applications or lab experience.
• Skills in troubleshooting instrumentation and applications.
• Demonstrated problem solving, interpersonal, and account management skills in a commercial environment.
• Experience delivering scientific presentations and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated technical writing ability.

Nice to have

• PhD preferred.

• Employment is fully remote.
• Field-based role with 50% travel internationally throughout Europe.
• Must have a driver’s license.
