Field Service Engineer

Overview

Field Service Engineer responsible for customer support and servicing of Leica products for academic, pharmaceutical, and clinical diagnostic customers in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh.

What you'll do

• Deliver technical support to end users and channel partners via on-site, phone, email, and remote support.
• Install, maintain, and repair systems with a full technical background of the system.
• Support digital pathology products, advanced staining products, and core histology range.
• Provide basic operation training during installation.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service for product lines and product offerings.

What you'll need

• Degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, or a related specialty.
• Experience in clinical diagnostic or histopathology product support.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Team player with own initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in an environment of change and evolving organizational needs.
