Field Service Engineer

Overview

Field Service Engineer (MRI) providing timely, quality technical support, maintenance, and service to customers in Gurgaon, while supporting revenue generation.

What you'll do

• Deliver technical support and maintenance, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation of products/services.
• Document service activities such as diagnostics, resolutions, test procedures, and case status.
• Track customer interaction time, parts usage, and service outcomes in real time.
• Prepare for service visits by diagnosing issues and organizing parts with an action plan aimed at first-visit resolution.
• Assist with customer escalations, complaints, and feedback by coordinating issue resolution.
• Execute field service tasks using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques to ensure smooth operation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Medical, or Science related field (or equivalent).
• 3-8 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Expertise in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) modality.
• Ability to work under direct supervision while following established processes.
• Must follow regulatory guidelines and company standards during service.
• Experience with technical documentation of service activities.
