Financial Admin Assistant

Overview

Financial Admin Assistant supporting external and internal customers to meet and exceed expectations.

What you'll do

• Support customer expectations by coordinating billing-related communication with AFC contacts, WWF teams, countries, F&A teams, and account executives.
• Handle ad hoc billing requests from countries.
• Follow up with countries to obtain resolution.
• Coordinate with the supervisor on necessary trainings after identifying training areas.
• Comply with UPS data security and SOX compliance policies and follow UPS policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the team lead, supervisor, or manager.

What you'll need

• In-depth manual billing and incentives knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and work within deadlines.
• Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
