What you'll do

• Deliver critical data solutions for AI innovators and government agencies.
• Interact daily with technical customers to understand challenges and shape solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy features across the full stack.
• Run rapid experiments and iterate quickly to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to engineering culture, values, and processes.
• Design and deploy cutting-edge data solutions and influence the product roadmap.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Ability to turn business/product ideas into engineering solutions.
• Strong coding skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in generative AI.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure.
