Fund Accounting Analyst 2

Overview

Fund Accounting Analyst 2 role in middle office operations, focused on performance calculation, risk and attribution reporting, and producing/validating performance returns and MIS.

What you'll do

• Manage the team to ensure deliverables are completed as per the agreed SLA.
• Produce, review, and validate portfolio account performance calculations and performance reports.
• Create customized reporting based on client requirements and maintain client composites to SLAs and GIPS standards.
• Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reports (MIS) to management as required.
• Identify training needs for team members and provide it according to requirement.
• Interface with performance and index vendors and resolve data issues using accounting systems.

What you'll need

• 9+ years experience in performance measurement operations or account/security-level performance in a related field.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Familiarity/understanding of segment, security, and attribution performance reporting.
• Familiarity/understanding of Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).
• Proficiency with Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
• People management and conflict management proficiency.
