Own one of Emergent's core growth problem statements, driving engagement, retention, and monetization across the user lifecycle through content, product, and analytics.

What you'll do

• Drive engagement, retention, and monetization across the user lifecycle, with a deep focus on building scalable retention loops and improving lifetime value.
• Drive the content charter for retention, scaling high-performing content to reach new audience segments and supporting launches in new markets.
• Test, iterate, and scale initiatives that deepen user engagement, moving beyond traditional acquisition experiments and taking inspiration from gaming industry retention models.
• Partner with content, product, and analytics teams to design and execute experiments that drive sustainable growth, leveraging insights to inform scalable strategies across diverse genres.
• Leverage AI-native workflows to automate and personalize lifecycle interventions, enhancing retention and monetization at scale.

What you'll need

• 4 to 8 years of work experience in growth or related roles.
• Astute problem-solving skills and the ability to break seemingly large problems into smaller, practical, solvable pieces with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to develop and implement a plan from concept to completion, generating measurable outcomes across retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Track record of productive teamwork: starts with "why" rather than "what," enjoys getting hands dirty, and has a drive for continuous learning.
• A deep understanding of user needs.
• Comfort working with AI automation tools and exposure to LLM-based workflows to drive scalable growth initiatives.
• Action bias: solves problems, executes, and iterates as needed.

• Experience in consumer-first companies.
