Overview
Head of People – Country and Function Lead (CTPO) is a senior People & Culture leadership role with end-to-end accountability for the people agenda across a country and/or functional remit.
What you'll do
- Deliver an excellent HR service in-country and contribute to the regional People & Culture team.
- Own and contribute to the People & Culture operating model performance, culture, and transformation as part of the PLT.
- Shape and execute the P&C function operating model focused on AI-infused, human-prioritised HR.
- Act as the primary HR partner for org design and workforce transformation for the business unit(s).
- Lead structured workforce planning with headcount management, capability forecasting, and FTE forecast accuracy.
- Lead country talent acquisition end-to-end and ensure integration with workforce planning.
- Manage the local P&C team (HRBPs, People Services, and Talent Acquisition) for engagement, capability, and performance.
What you'll need
- Substantial experience as a senior country HR leader or Head of HR in a multi-market or regional context.
- Demonstrated track record in org design, workforce planning, and driving transformation.
- Experience leading and developing a local HR team with named accountability for engagement and performance.
- Familiarity with HR technology landscape including Workday or equivalent HRIS and emerging AI tools in HR.
- Exposure to the impact of AI on workforce design and skills strategy.
- Experience applying strong analytical grounding and data-driven recommendations.
- Strong employee relations and legal compliance judgment in Southeast Asian markets.
