Health Cloud Solution Architect

Overview

Lead functional solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud across healthcare engagements and serve as the functional lead for the Health practice. Translate healthcare industry requirements into designs spanning Health Cloud, Data 360, Agentforce, Service, Field Service, and Revenue solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead Salesforce Health Cloud solution design using native capabilities and healthcare data models.
• Run discovery and design sessions with healthcare business and IT stakeholders.
• Author functional designs, data mappings, process flows, user stories, and sign-off artifacts.
• Design for PHI, HIPAA, BAA, encryption, consent, and minimum-necessary access requirements.
• Shape integrations with EHR, claims, administration, billing, and order systems.
• Translate designs for build teams and support configuration reviews, UAT, and deployment gates.
• Support practice development, pre-sales, enablement, coaching, and mentoring.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in Salesforce consulting, solution architecture, or business analysis.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud design and delivery.
• Experience with at least two full-lifecycle implementations.
• Healthcare experience across payer, provider/IDN, medical device, distribution, or pharma environments.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, BAAs, data models, sharing, encryption, consent, and audit.
• Experience with Health Cloud features including Care Programs, referrals, benefits verification, and Utilization Management.
• Experience leading workshops, designing integrations, and documenting decisions through sign-off.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Application/Solution Architect credential.
• Salesforce Industries, OmniStudio, Data 360, Agentforce, Life Sciences Cloud, or Veeva CRM experience.
• Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, or Asset Revenue Management.
• Experience establishing a consulting practice, competency, or center of excellence.

Details

• Remote in Canada, limited to Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario.
• Travel may be required, with an anticipated commitment of up to 25%.
