Internal Communications Manager

Overview

Internal Communications Manager responsible for global internal communications programs, employee engagement initiatives, and internal storytelling that aligns employees with company priorities and strategy.

What you'll do

• Support the development and execution of global internal communications programs and initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and publish communications across multiple channels and employee audiences.
• Help execute company meetings, leadership forums, organizational announcements, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support communications planning to improve employee understanding of company priorities, strategy, and business performance.
• Partner with communications colleagues and business stakeholders to support organization-wide communications needs.
• Identify, develop, and amplify stories showcasing employee achievements and business impact.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, public relations, journalism, content development, or related.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong storytelling, editing, and content development capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Copilot.
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI and emerging technologies for communications.
