Source to Contract Specialist

Overview

Source to Contract Specialist in TJX’s Global Sourcing and Procurement COE, supporting sourcing events and contract management with operational administrative responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Perform assigned administrative tasks for STC supervisors/managers, including NDA execution via electronic signature.
• Enter suppliers into sourcing and contracting tools timely and accurately.
• Support tender events by creating, executing tasks, providing technical support, and monitoring standard events.
• Support tactical sourcing by collaborating with business partners for tactical event delivery and completion.
• Support SOW renewals by collaborating with business partners and SOW sourcing lead.
• Upload and maintain contract files, including folder creation and ongoing additions.
• Help business partners and category managers locate contracts in repositories/shared drives and complete new vendor forms.

What you'll need

• Minimum 0-2 years entry-level experience in an office/business environment.
• Excellent communication skills for internal stakeholder and external partner relationships.
• Experience prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in an organized manner.
• Strong time management skills.
• Microsoft 365 Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in research tasks such as suppliers, goods, or services.

Nice to have

• GEP, Coupa, or similar e-sourcing/procurement optimization/P2P experience.
• Sourcing/supply chain related education or experience as an asset.
