Internship Software Test Engineering & Medical Technology – 6 Months | Start Spring 2027

Overview

Hybrid internship in Software Test Engineering and Medical Technology for 6 months in Freiburg, Germany, starting March or April 2027.

What you'll do

• Support planning, execution, and documentation of manual and automated software tests.
• Contribute to software testing in an agile development environment.
• Assist with development and maintenance of automated test solutions.
• Help improve testing processes and quality assurance strategies.
• Explore applying Artificial Intelligence in software testing and quality improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Have basic knowledge of Agile Development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Have initial experience with software test automation.
• Have basic programming knowledge in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Have good English language skills (minimum B2).
