Manager– Growth Sales (AI-Native)

Overview

Manager on the AI-Native GTM team who leads a team of 5–10 Growth Account Executives to drive expansion and retention for AI-native customers.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop 5–10 Growth Account Executives with regular feedback.
• Own team revenue targets and develop strategies to accelerate growth.
• Build scalable deal and account planning frameworks, including QBRs and customer health monitoring.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and other GTM teams to execute strategic growth opportunities.
• Review customer health metrics and develop action plans for at-risk accounts.
• Drive operational excellence via pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and team productivity metrics.
• Participate in strategic customer conversations and support complex negotiations.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or account management.
• 3+ years leading sales teams.
• Proven experience consistently exceeding team revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and experience with high-growth technology companies.
• Deep expertise in strategic account planning and scaling account management processes.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Background in technical product sales (APIs, infrastructure, or ML/AI solutions).

• Hybrid policy expects staff to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
