Overview

Manager of Solutions Engineering for Majors responsible for building and leading a regional team of Solution Engineers and driving customer success after the sale.

What you'll do

• Build and manage a team of high-performing Solution Engineers.
• Own the regional build-out with sales leadership and OSS GTM strategy adoption.
• Partner with Customer Experience to support adoption and roll-out via professional services, support, training, and customer success.
• Work with marketing to drive regional community and adoption programs.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence the product roadmap based on customer/team feedback.
• Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor presales solution engineers with a coaching mindset.

What you'll need

• Located in the US with 5+ years in the high tech industry.
• Experience mentoring, developing people, and managing performance.
• Direct experience in Open Source selling or cloud-first/product-led go-to-market motions.
• Command of qualification frameworks like MEDDPICC.
• Direct experience selling monitoring/data/visualization products.
• Proven ability to own a book of business and exceed quarterly targets.

• OTE range in the US: $234,000 - $278,000.
