Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3)

Overview

Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3) to lead managed services for clients, focusing on incident/problem resolution, SLA adherence, and root-cause analysis.

What you'll do

• Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents and problems.
• Ensure service level agreement (SLA) conditions are met.
• Manage high-complexity tickets and provide resolutions for complex issues.
• Investigate third-line support calls to find root causes and solutions.
• Create knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues and train junior team members.
• Configure, install, test, and keep clients’ infrastructure operational with monitoring and timely alert response.
• Provide onsite technical support and coordinate escalations with third-party vendors.

What you'll need

• Proficiency with Pulse Secure SSL VPN.
• Advanced certifications on at least one or two listed technologies.
• Experience with enterprise network architecture and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP).
• Knowledge of network address translation (NAT).
• Ability to troubleshoot uplinks to ISPs for dIA, MPLS, and P2P circuits.
• A bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
