People Operations Specialist

Overview

Join Guidewire's Global People Operations team to own and improve People Operations best practices across multiple countries, acting as the first point of contact for employee queries and case management.

What you'll do

• Be part of a Global People Operations team supporting global processes in multiple countries.
• Be the first point of contact for all employee queries and case management systems.
• Collaborate and engage with CoEs, Business Partners and Senior Specialists to deliver outstanding employee experience.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining living and breathing standard operating procedures.
• Ensure all service standards are met as per the agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Act as a culture champion and customer advocate for the People Ops Team, representing the services positively and providing excellent customer service.
• Identify trends in employee queries, propose and implement solutions to simplify user journeys.
• Proactively propose and drive improvements to streamline and automate People processes, leveraging tools, systems and AI.
• Actively build the knowledge base for employees to encourage self-service.
• Provide support to people programs across all global regions.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of relevant HR Operations experience in an international organization.
• Professional and social skills needed to establish trust with employees and internal customers.
• Experience implementing process improvements in People processes that provide exceptional employee experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in other HR functions and internal partners across the organization.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent judgment, accountability, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Workday and any case management system experience (strongly preferred but not mandatory).
• Data and analytics experience (a strong plus).
